About Me
Welcome to 6th grade ELA! I have been teaching 6th grade for 15 years. I teach 6th grade ELA, ELA Win, Homebase, and Keyboarding.
I graduated from Wartburg College with my bachelor's degree in elementary education and an endorsement in reading. I also have my coaching authorization. I graduated from Drake University with my degree in Masters of Science in Education. Previously, I taught in Eagle Grove, worked at Wartburg College as an admissions counselor, and was the program director for Connections, the after school program.
I live in Clarion with my husband and son. We enjoy golf cart rides in the summer, playing any type of game or competitive activity. We enjoy watching the Hawkeyes, Yankees, and Celtics! I also enjoy reading, walking, shopping, and spending time with my family.
