You will read the attached script as you take them to each of the 6th grade classrooms. You will also show them Denise’s office, the counseling office, the door they will come in to school and the bathrooms they will use. After this, you will come to Mrs. Askelsen’s room and sit on chairs in front of the classroom and read prepared questions  for the 5th grade class.

FESTIVAL IN THE PARK PARADE INFORMATION:

WHEN:  SATURDAY, JUNE 8  
*  All band students in grades 7-12 are expected to participate unless they won’t be in town for the weekend.
*  7-12 Band students arrive @ the Middle School by 9:00 am for a short rehearsal.
*  The Band will be towards the front of the parade.  The parade begins at 10:00 am.
* Uniform:  Dress in a RED CGD shirt and shorts (khaki, if possible)
*  Music: “Illinois Loyalty” & “Drums N Roses” (drum cadence)

 

Chorus

NO middle school select choir rehearsal until Mr. Ackerman lets you know.  We will meet one more time to watch your DVD, have breakfast snacks, and pass out certificates.

MS Baseball. Anyone interested in playing baseball can pick up an informational packet and schedule from the office. Practices will start this Thursday, May 23th, weather permitting, at Hanson’s Park after school. Contact Coach Z with any questions.  If you haven’t done so pay your $25.00 to Coach Z for your hat.

 

Open gym for girls will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 to 7:45 am.

 

Weight room open at 6:30 am-7:15 am M, W, F.  You must be there at 6:30.

Mobile Food Pantry of Iowa will be in Wright County on the following dates.

Any family can access the Mobile Food Pantry.  Please bring bags, boxes or laundry baskets

to put the items in.
